  • Read, interpret, and follow written work instructions or procedures to accurately assembly products.
  • Utilize hands to install components.
  • First level escalation for assembly related issues.
  • Perform all work in accordance with quality standards and established safety procedures.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work area following 6S.
  • Utilize hand tools such as handheld screwdrivers, cordless/pneumatic drill guns and other job specific tooling as required by departmental SOP.
  • Follow SOP's, change control / validation processes, and adhere to established programs for GMP compliance.
  • Must maintain 100% commitment to safety policies and procedures.
  • Pickup job kits according to schedule given by supervisor from stock room.
  • Ensure PCBA meets visual and mechanical criteria of production documentation.
  • Setup parts on feeders.
  • Tear down parts and feeders and clean the Feeder Carts.
  • Must be familiar with ESD principles and procedures.
  • Operate all machinery in accordance with safe operating procedures.
  • General machine cleaning.
  • Tests functional performance of systems, sub-assemblies, and parts under specified conditions.
  • Records test data on daily basis and submits to supervisor(s).
  • Must have skills to distinguish between subtle differences in color.
  • Moderately complex work performed within established practices and procedures requiring critical thinking skills.
  • Complete daily packing and shipping goals in a timely manner.
  • Accurately record all product information and movement through the proper use of scanning equipment or other tracking systems.
  • Maintain clean and organized environment.
  • Must have the willingness to learn and be trained on various types of equipment.
  • Must have a valid driver's license to operate PIT vehicles.
  • Must have the ability to perform quality inspection of select materials per orders, including spelling, quantity, and cosmetic defects.
  • Ability to perform calibration and preventative maintenance of cell machines or fixtures.
  • Participate in Daily Safety huddles.
  • Must be able to Work overtime as required.
  • Demonstrate the willingness to cross train across various production cells.
  • Perform other duties/projects as assigned.
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent.
  • Experience with Electrical, Electronic, or Mechanical assembly processes and measurements.
  • Able to read and communicate in English.
  • Must be able to communicate effectively, both verbally and written in English.
  • Must have comprehension skills in English.
  • Need to be organized and detail oriented.
  • Basic computer navigation and utilization skills.
