About The Position

As an English Teacher at the Tilton School, you’ll be much more than an educator. You’ll play a key role in helping students heal, grow, and unlock their potential. Our students have often experienced adversity or disruptions in their education, yet they show remarkable resilience and capacity for progress. Through engaging English Language Arts instruction, you’ll strengthen their reading, writing, speaking, and critical thinking skills. Your teaching will be personalized and grounded in each student’s goals. You’ll work in a structured environment with small class sizes and a high staff-to-student ratio, allowing for deeper connections and meaningful support. Many students make significant academic and personal gains. Your impact will extend far beyond the classroom.
