About The Position

Willamette Education Service District is accepting applications for a full-time (40 hours per week) English Learner Specialist - TOSA position; bilingual Spanish preferred. This position requires a minimum of five years of teaching experience, working with English learners in a classroom experience. Bachelor’s degree in teaching, ESOL, bilingual education, school leadership or related field. Master’s degree preferred. Licensure from the state of Oregon, through Oregon Teacher Standards & Practices Commission (TSPC) or other professional licensure agency. Successful candidate will work as a member of the School Improvement Services Department a nd will follow a 205-day calendar. This position will be based at the Willamette ESD Marion Center in Salem, OR and will begin August 3, 2026. Requirements

• Minimum of five years of teaching experience, working with English learners in a classroom experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in teaching, ESOL, bilingual education, school leadership or related field.
• Licensure from the state of Oregon, through Oregon Teacher Standards & Practices Commission (TSPC) or other professional licensure agency.

Benefits

• Placement on the Willamette ESD licensed salary schedule, $56,801-106,165, will be commensurate with applicant’s qualifications, relevant training, experience, and prorated according to start date.
