About The Position

Language Trainers is a successful language training company working with freelance teachers of 99+ different languages in hundreds of towns and cities across the world. Students are either in-company or self-funded who need to learn a language at their office or their home for work, family or travel reasons. Founded in 2004, the company’s motto is Any Language, Anytime, Anywhere! Reference number:1085822 Some details about the job: This client is interested in booking general, one-to-one English lessons. Course length: 100 hours. Schedule: 2-hour sessions, twice per week (flexible). Availability: Anytime after 3:30 pm. Location: Student’s home in White Plains, NY (10526). Student’s current level: Beginner. Student’s mother tongue: Chinese. Student’s age group: 15 years old. Start date: ASAP. Additional notes: The student plans to switch schools in September and needs to significantly improve his English. He will also be preparing for the TOEFL exam. The client may increase the lesson frequency at a later stage. Ideal Teacher Should: Be a native English speaker of the language OR hold a teaching degree Have experience as a language teacher, translator or interpreter Have a valid working visa Live up to 20 miles from the client´s location. Location of the classes and schedule could be flexible based on your and the client’s availability. The hourly rate is negotiable depending on qualifications and experience.
