About The Position

The position involves performing regular classroom duties as a full-time English Learner/Multi-Lingual Learner teacher for the 2024-2025 school year. The teacher will provide support to regular education classrooms that include English Learner (EL) and Multi-Lingual Learner (ML) students. Additionally, the role includes delivering direct instruction to EL/ML students in both push-in and pullout settings, ensuring that these students receive the necessary educational support to succeed.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
• Certification in Teaching English as a Second Language (TESOL) or equivalent
• Experience working with English Learner and Multi-Lingual Learner students
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with other educators

Nice To Haves

• Master's degree in Education or related field
• Bilingual proficiency in a language other than English
• Experience with differentiated instruction strategies
• Familiarity with cultural competency practices

Responsibilities
