At KIPP Public Schools Northern California, there is a need for intensive English Language support for all of our multilingual learners and for reading intervention. The ELD teacher reports to the School Leader and will facilitate language instruction using research-based standards-aligned curriculum. Teachers are expected to plan, organize and implement an appropriate instructional program in a TK-12 learning environment that guides and encourages students to develop and fulfill their academic and socio-emotional potential.
