About The Position

CCRES is partnering with Tredyffrin-Easttown School District (T/ESD) to hire an ELD Paraprofessional/Regular Education Paraprofessional. This position involves supporting students individually or in small groups by implementing curriculum. ELD Paraprofessionals work on student days following the T/ESD school calendar year. Typical scheduled hours vary by school level: Elementary (8:30-4:00p), Middle School (8:15AM - 3:15PM), and High School (7:30-3:00), with the position schedule potentially varying based on assignment. The role includes 11 paid holidays and 7 days of paid time off (pro-rated based on start date), with an hourly pay-rate of $23.94. CCRES, a 501(c)(3) non-profit, provides educational and behavioral health services to schools, children, adults, and families, working collaboratively with school districts and the behavioral health system. Requirements

  • BA Required
  • PA Teacher Certification required
  • PA Child Abuse (Act 151) Clearance (current within 12 months)
  • PA Criminal (Act 34) Clearance (current within 12 months)
  • PA Department of Education FBI – Use code 1KG6XN (current within 12 months)
  • TB Screening - current within 3 months
  • Education Documentation - Diploma OR Official Transcripts

  • Prior public-school experience and/or working with school-aged children in a licensed, certified, or registered provider setting

Responsibilities

  • Work together with ELD classroom teacher to support, assist, and implement lessons and instruction.
  • Communicate successes and concerns to ELD teacher.
  • Function collaboratively as part of the instructional team.
  • Reinforce and assist classroom teacher to increase the learning of targeted students.
  • Communicate effectively with students and teachers.
  • Prepare instructional and non-instructional materials.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the classroom teacher and building administrator.
  • On time, regular and consistent attendance is essential to performing successfully in this role.
