About The Position

Penn State Hazleton is seeking qualified part-time faculty to teach undergraduate courses in English and Communications including but not limited to Rhetoric & Composition, Writing Tutorial, and Effective Speech. Course will be taught in person on the Penn State Hazleton campus.

Requirements

• A minimum of a Master’s degree in the relevant discipline (or closely related field) is required

• Preference will be given to candidates with experience teaching at the college level
• Teaching assignments may include day or evening times and various methods of course delivery.
• Most teaching assignments will be in-person, with occasional opportunities for hybrid or online teaching
