About The Position
We are seeking candidates with experience or a strong interest in working with adult learners from diverse cultural, linguistic, and educational backgrounds. Ideal applicants will have knowledge of second language acquisition strategies, best practices in ESL instruction, and the ability to foster an inclusive and engaging classroom environment. Strong communication, collaboration, and classroom management skills are essential. Familiarity with competency-based ESL curriculum and CASAS assessments is a plus, as is the ability to effectively integrate technology to enhance language learning.
