About The Position

The English Division is currently accepting applications for part-time instructors in the following disciplines: English, Film Studies, Humanities, Reading, and Special Education. The positions require a Master's degree in English, literature, comparative literature, or composition, OR a Bachelor's degree in any of the above fields AND a Master's degree in linguistics, TESL, speech, education with a specialization in reading, creative writing, or journalism, OR the equivalent.

Requirements

• Master's in English, literature, comparative literature, or composition OR bachelor's in any of the above AND master's in linguistics, TESL, speech, education with a specialization in reading, creative writing, or journalism OR the equivalent
• Current resume
• Scanned copy of official transcripts showing completion of required degree must be submitted. Unofficial transcripts will be accepted only during the application process. Official transcripts are required upon offer of employment. Foreign transcripts and degrees require official certification of equivalency to U.S. transcripts and degrees by a certified U.S. review service at the time of application.
