About The Position

Do you want to help lead and implement Fire Protection efforts with industry leaders? As an Engineering Trade Manager for Fire Protection, you will be responsible for reaching the target customers to drive the specification to sale conversion of Hilti's fire protection solutions utilizing Hilti marketing processes and market reach resources. Combining your technical and marketing knowledge and competencies you can help us fulfill Hilti's goals.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering required, Fire Protection Engineering preferred
4-6 years (within or outside Hilti) of experience in marketing, fire protection design or equivalent time calling on engineering firms designing and/or installing fire protection solutions
Experience in the Commercial segment highly preferred
Strong creative skills, as well as experience in managing internal relationships and multiple, high impact projects
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Interpersonal and presentation skills
Very strong organizational competences
Excellent strategic planning skills
Efficient in time management and attentive to details
Negotiation and customer service skills
Results-oriented with business awareness
Ability to analyze and interpret data
