About The Position

You will be an Electrical Engineering: Engineering Technology Manager (ETM) for Advanced Program (AP) at Lockheed Martin Missiles and Fire Control (MFC). What you Will be Doing As an Electrical Engineering: Engineering Technology Manager (ETM), you will be responsible for leading a team of engineers, driving technical excellence, affordability, and program execution. You will be a technical leader, coach, and mentor, responsible for developing your team's skills and expertise, and ensuring the successful delivery of program requirements. Your responsibilities will include: Providing technical coaching and mentoring, work assignments, employee career development, and continuous ongoing feedback Coordinating employee recruitment, selection, and training, performance assessments, salary planning, recognition, and disciplinary actions Supporting program development, execution of program requirements, adherence to engineering development processes, and promoting customer focus Leveraging your experience in Electrical Engineering design and multiple discipline integrated product teams to lead your team to success Why Join Us We offer comprehensive benefits investing in your future and security, Learn more about Lockheed Martin’s comprehensive benefits package here. MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must be able to obtain a secret clearance.

Requirements

  • Electrical Engineering/Computer Engineering degree or equivalent
  • Minimum industry experience of 10 years with FPGA/PLD or circuit card design engineering
  • Previous leadership experience
  • Previous experience with engineering and operation teams, cross functional partners, or stakeholders
  • Ability to obtain a secret clearance

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with LM Design Assurance process for FPGAs and/or Circuit Cards
  • Experience at LM MFC
  • Familiar with CCA and FPGA tools (Xpedition, Windchill, Xilinx, Altera, Microsemi)
  • Familiar with leading a team of at least 5 people
  • Cost Account Manager (CAM) experience

Responsibilities
