About The Position

You will be an Electrical Engineering: Engineering Technology Manager (ETM) for Advanced Program (AP) at Lockheed Martin Missiles and Fire Control (MFC). What you Will be Doing As an Electrical Engineering: Engineering Technology Manager (ETM), you will be responsible for leading a team of engineers, driving technical excellence, affordability, and program execution. You will be a technical leader, coach, and mentor, responsible for developing your team's skills and expertise, and ensuring the successful delivery of program requirements. Requirements

Electrical Engineering/Computer Engineering degree or equivalent
Minimum industry experience of 10 years with FPGA/PLD or circuit card design engineering
Previous leadership experience
Previous experience with engineering and operation teams, cross functional partners, or stakeholders
Ability to obtain a secret clearance

Nice To Haves

Experience with LM Design Assurance process for FPGAs and/or Circuit Cards
Experience at LM MFC
Familiar with CCA and FPGA tools (Xpedition, Windchill, Xilinx, Altera, Microsemi)
Familiar with leading a team of at least 5 people
Cost Account Manager (CAM) experience

Responsibilities
