About The Position

The position involves performing engineering floor support, routine engineering tasks, and assisting in various engineering projects. The role requires assisting in the design and implementation of methods to improve product quality and manufacturing processes. Additionally, the individual will troubleshoot problems in equipment and processes to ensure timely solutions and maintain continuity of production flow. Monitoring and debugging new methods and processes to ensure desired results is also a key responsibility, along with supporting continuous improvements and APS activities. Other related duties may be required as necessary.

Requirements

• Two-year technical degree or comparable technical experience.
• At least 2 years of engineering/technical experience in a manufacturing environment.

Nice To Haves

• PLC experience required.
• Knowledge of engineering systems & methods in manufacturing.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Working knowledge of safety & environmental considerations.
• Strong oral & written communications skills.
• Proficiency with PC-based software.
• Willingness to stay on a problem through completion.
