About The Position

A growing advanced-manufacturing team is looking for an Engineering Technician to support the design, development, testing, and production of ultrasound transducer technology. This role is hands-on, technical, and highly collaborative—perfect for someone who enjoys building, troubleshooting, and improving complex electronic/mechanical assemblies.

Requirements

• 2-year technical degree in a STEM-related field
• 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing or technical products environment
• Strong familiarity with electronic test & measurement equipment
• Comfortable performing fine assembly under a microscope
• A problem-solver who can diagnose root causes and think conceptually
• Solid documentation, troubleshooting, and hands-on technical skills

Responsibilities

• Support prototyping and build processes for ultrasound transducers and related test fixtures
• Perform testing at various production stages using electronic test equipment (oscilloscopes, multimeters, etc.)
• Analyze test results and share findings with engineering teams
• Participate in fine-detail assembly work, including processes performed under a microscope
• Develop and refine assembly documentation, test procedures, and product specifications
• Work side-by-side with engineering and production to resolve performance or design issues
• Help drive continuous improvement in manufacturing processes and product quality
• Provide technical support to internal teams and customers when needed
