Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent; technical coursework or AA preferred
1+ years of manufacturing or cleanroom experience
Basic mechanical skills and ability to perform repetitive assembly tasks
Ability to read and interpret written instructions, schematics, and drawings
Strong attention to detail, quality-focused, and a willingness to learn
Basic computer skills for data entry and process documentation

Nice To Haves

Experience with cable and harness assembly is a plus

Responsibilities

Perform basic mechanical assemblies and sub-assemblies according to work instructions
Operate hand, power, and bench tools safely and efficiently
Conduct leak testing, standard inspections, and minor troubleshooting
Ensure quality standards are met throughout the assembly process
Read and interpret work instructions, schematics, and engineering drawings
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace
Communicate effectively with team members and management
Perform other duties as assigned
