Inspects construction work of fiber placement (FTTH) and associated construction activities for the fiber build project, aerial and underground cable systems, splicing, testing, termination, cable placement, construction/infrastructure, and make-ready tasks. Supports the Engineering department by performing some facilities maintenance activities, maintaining communication equipment, locating underground electric and fiber services, and other duties related to the engineering aspects of electric distribution. Also performs fiber testing and splicing as needed.
