About The Position
Join our Engineering & QA team and play a key role in ensuring precision and quality. As an Engineering Technician, you’ll support inspection processes, calibration, tooling design, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Technical school diploma
- Proficient in 3D CAD (NX or KeyCreator preferred; SolidWorks acceptable)
- Strong knowledge of GD&T and machining processes
- Excellent communication, organization, and computer skills
- Ability to work independently and in teams
Nice To Haves
- EDM and CMM experience a plus
- Familiarity with PC-DMIS, Geomagic, or similar software preferred
Responsibilities
- Calibrate tools and fixtures
- Create and update CAD models and drawings
- Scan and evaluate parts for accuracy
- Assist with tool design, manufacture, and documentation
- Perform first article inspections
- Support root cause investigations and corrective actions
- Collect and analyze manufacturing data
- Develop work instructions and specifications
- Drive lean and continuous improvement practices
- Maintain safety and compliance standards
