We’re looking for a hands-on, mechanically inclined individual to join our team as an Engineering Technician – Implementation. This role serves as the critical link between the Engineering team and the shop floor, helping bring new designs and continuous improvement projects to life. From assembling custom fixtures to installing them in production, you’ll play a key role in turning ideas into real-world solutions. Why This Role Exists: This position was created to fill a growing gap between Engineering and Maintenance. With an increasing number of new fixtures, jigs, and CI projects, our current maintenance team is stretched too thin to keep up. This role ensures critical projects don’t get delayed due to other shop priorities. You’ll take ownership of building and implementing new equipment—ensuring it’s done right, on time, and ready for production.
