Requirements

  • Associate's degree in Engineering Technology or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in durable goods.
  • Strong understanding of engineering principles and manufacturing processes.
  • Computer savvy.
  • The required skills for this position include a solid understanding of engineering principles, which will be applied daily to assist in the design and development of manufacturing processes.
  • Problem-solving skills are essential, as the Engineer Technician will frequently troubleshoot equipment and processes to ensure smooth operations.

  • Communication skills will be utilized to collaborate effectively with engineers and cross-functional teams, facilitating the implementation of process improvements.
  • This position requires compliance with the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). Under ITAR, candidates must be a U.S. citizen, U.S. lawful permanent resident (e.g., "Green Card" holder), asylee, or refugee as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3). Applicants who do not meet this requirement may not be eligible for employment in this position.

Nice To Haves
