Develops processes to support either the Interior/Exterior Division and the Safety systems division in their efforts to reduce PPM and increase productivity by performing the following duties. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Coordinates various projects from concept to completion including: Process design flow, develops capital equipment specifications, presents justification for equipment purchases to management, negotiates equipment pricing suppliers, equipment procurement, coordinates equipment installation with outside contractors, process installation and debugging, trains personnel on how to operate new equipment. Performs troubleshooting on automated equipment. Designs small assembly machines, programming, and HMI. Supervises various facilities construction projects throughout plant.
