Join our Engineering & QA team and play a key role in ensuring precision and quality. As an Engineering Technician, you’ll support inspection processes, calibration, tooling design, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

  • Technical school diploma
  • Proficient in 3D CAD (NX or KeyCreator preferred; SolidWorks acceptable)
  • Strong knowledge of GD&T and machining processes
  • Excellent communication, organization, and computer skills
  • Ability to work independently and in teams

Nice To Haves

  • EDM and CMM experience a plus
  • Familiarity with PC-DMIS, Geomagic, or similar software preferred

Responsibilities

  • Calibrate tools and fixtures
  • Create and update CAD models and drawings
  • Scan and evaluate parts for accuracy
  • Assist with tool design, manufacture, and documentation
  • Perform first article inspections
  • Support root cause investigations and corrective actions
  • Collect and analyze manufacturing data
  • Develop work instructions and specifications
  • Drive lean and continuous improvement practices
  • Maintain safety and compliance standards
