About The Position

Works within the Process Engineering team to participate in the development, rollout, and ongoing support of MES (Manufacturing Execution System).

Proficient in utilizing business tools such as: E-mail, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Experience with SAP or equivalent ERP product and productivity software desired.

Works with future product owners to understand and document user requirements.
Documents and maps the existing BOMs, routers, equipment, tools, flow, parts, processes, failure modes, data collection, specifications, documentation et cetera of a production area.
Digitizes documented production area information into SAP ME software to mirror the existing process and configures the software to display and track product through assembly.
Works with the engineering teams to correctly identify critical to quality and critical to process metrics, data collection points, and specifications to create statistical process controls.
Tests configurations to find and fix coding bugs.
Writes and modifies simple code and formulas in JavaScript.
Creates work instructions, training slides, and leads training sessions for super users and production operators.
Creates change control documentation and validation.
Assists with rollout and hyper care during implementation.
Works in an Agile environment using scrum methodologies to pull and complete sprint tasks.
