Requirements

Currently enrolled in an associate's, or bachelor's degree program at an accredited institution in Engineering/Engineering technology or related field.
Must have a cumulative GPA of 2.8 or higher (please do not round).

Relocation is not provided for this role, the candidate must be located within 50 miles of Broomfield, CO. Active-Duty Military Service member candidates are exempt from the geographical area limitation

Ability to read and interpret engineering schematics.
Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Nice To Haves

2-year degree in engineering technology, electrical engineering technology or a related field.
Previous Electrical experience

Responsibilities

Create Wiring Tables: Develop wiring tables from engineering schematics to ensure accurate and efficient electrical connections.
Participate in Continuous Improvement (CI) Events: Engage in CI events to identify opportunities for cost and cycle time reduction.
Execute CI Actions: Implement actions from CI events to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs.
Work Instruction Creation: Develop clear and concise work instructions to guide manufacturing operations.
Time Study Completions: Conduct time studies to analyze and improve production processes.
