TRISTAR is seeking highly skilled Engineering Technician VI to join our team supporting our government customer in Norfolk, VA. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work at the forefront of technical operations, ensuring seamless communication and coordination between the contractor and the Fleet Readiness Coordinator. The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting technical activities related to the contract and will provide leadership and guidance to the technical workforce. Key Responsibilities: Serve as the primary point of contact between the contractor and the Fleet Readiness Coordinator for all technical activities related to the contract. Coordinate and facilitate technical discussions, meetings, and reporting to ensure project objectives are met. Provide day-to-day guidance, mentorship, and supervision to the technical workforce, ensuring adherence to project standards and schedules. Assist in troubleshooting, analyzing, and resolving technical issues related to the contract scope. Support the development, review, and implementation of technical documentation, procedures, and reports. Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and recommend corrective actions to maintain project timelines.
