This role supports installation, testing, troubleshooting, maintenance, and training activities. Responsibilities include system setup, diagnostics, repair, field support, assisting instructors, and maintaining certification requirements as defined by the program. Requirements

  • Experience with Microsoft Office
  • Verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work both collaboratively and individually
  • Critical Thinking Skills
  • Ability to give presentations and briefings as needed
  • Proficient in using test equipment and tools to troubleshoot complex systems
  • Experience with system assembly, integration, and functional testing
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, schematics, and technical manuals
  • Skilled in documenting test procedures, results, and maintenance actions
  • Knowledge of safety standards and quality assurance practices
  • Ability to mentor and train junior technicians
  • Experience supporting DoD or Federal Government programs preferred
  • Associate’s degree or higher in engineering technology, electronics, or related field (preferred)
  • Ability to complete technician certification within 90 days of hire
  • 8–10 years of engineering technician experience
  • Hands-on experience with electronic or communication systems

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supporting DoD or Federal Government programs preferred
  • Associate’s degree or higher in engineering technology, electronics, or related field (preferred)
