Requirements
- This position requires experience in testing and troubleshooting complex chambers without engineering support.
- Must be proficient in researching and resolving issues, communicating complex information, and must be able to work independently without regular supervision.
Responsibilities
- NPI Test Bay Setup and Preventative Maintenance Sets up test bay fixtures and required facilities to test chambers. Installs correct software versions in test bay (after consulting ME) before chamber moves into test. Check HX/Chiller fill levels, PCW flow, communication cable functionality, MOXA addresses, and process kit audits. Lead the procurement and maintenance of test equipment.
- New Product Test Ticket Management Manage test tickets for new products on both the NPI and volume manufacturing lines, including troubleshooting, working with NPI and NPT Manufacturing Engineers, and documenting the resolution.
- Test Cable Assembly Assembles new test cables and jumpers for chambers, gen racks, and peripheral equipment.
- Supporting Manufacturing Engineers Assist MEs in carrying out projects to upgrade, deploy, repair, and correct test bays and fixtures. Document and provide important feedback to eliminate future test issues.
- Rework Able to assist with rework activity, such as mechanical repair, related to DMRs or part number changes.
