Engineering Technician III Position Summary As a Team Member of the Engineering Team, Engineering Technicians III are CRCR Ambassadors and take personal ownership to ensure all of their actions are in the best interest of the business. Engineering Technicians III are responsible for performing assignments under minimal supervision and are responsible for maintaining all equipment, installations, fixtures, construction, and all related components as directed.

  • Assist with the repair and maintenance of CRCR, outbuildings, and vehicles.
  • Perform groundskeeping and landscaping tasks.
  • Perform minor construction, painting, plumbing, general carpentry, and installation of electrical circuitry.
  • Maintain all electrical tools and maintenance equipment.
  • Assist with preventative maintenance projects as assigned.
  • Perform plumbing tasks, installing drainage pipes, and clearing clogs.
  • Respond to all internal and external Guest complaints promptly and efficiently to avoid Guest inconvenience and discomfort.
  • Perform all assigned tasks under OSHA Safety regulations and compliance.
  • Enter, update, and close tickets in the ticketing system, relaying issues to management if needed or required.
  • Safely operate various hand and power tools and use them as intended.
  • Other duties as assigned.
  • May observe and assist with heating, ventilation, air conditioning, refrigeration, and liquid propane kitchen equipment.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • High School Diploma (or GED or High School Equivalence Certificate).
  • 4+ years of Journeyman experience.
  • Strong listening and communication skills.
  • Problem-solving and critical thinking.
  • Must be able to work independently and maintain a high level of performance.
  • Must be able to complete tasks in a timely and efficient manner while maintaining business standards.
  • Demonstrates a flock mentality, focused on teamwork and collaboration with others.
  • Provides exceptional service to internal and external Guests while leveraging the knowledge of the position and the business, ensuring a clucktastic experience for all.
  • Stays engaged and motivated with the business, department, and all Team Members at all levels while encouraging growth and development of self and others.
  • Builds lasting relationships by demonstrating honesty, integrity, and effective communication.
  • Driven to exceed expectations while remaining accountable and fair.
  • Skilled in clearing clogs with a rubber chicken.
  • 2+ years of maintenance experience.
  • HVAC/R Certification.
