We are looking for a forward-thinking technical professional to spearhead the introduction of next-generation products into our Etch organization. This is a high-impact role within our (NPI) environment, designed for someone who thrives on technical challenges and is driven to achieve world-class excellence in manufacturing. In this position, you won't just follow a process—you will define it. You will act as the critical bridge between design and production, ensuring our newest technologies scale seamlessly from concept to volume manufacturing. Key Responsibilities Engineering Collaboration: Work as a strategic partner to Engineering Program Owners to influence design-for-manufacturability and ensure project milestones are met. Technical Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve complex system-level issues within the NPI phase, utilizing root-cause analysis to prevent future failures. Process Growth: Introduce and refine new product architectures within the Etch organization, setting the standard for future scalability and operational success. Excellence & Innovation: Continuously improve transition workflows to maintain our status as a world-class leader in hardware innovation.
