About The Position

ENGINEERING TECHNICIAN II This technician performs simple routine tasks under close supervision or from detailed procedures. Work is checked in progress or on completion. This person performs one or a combination of such typical duties as: Assembling or installing equipment or parts requiring simple wiring, soldering, or connecting. Performing simple or routine tasks or tests such as; operating and adjusting simple test equipment; records test data. Gathering and maintaining specified records of engineering data such as tests, drawings, etc.; performing computations by substituting numbers in specified formulas; plotting data and draws simple curves and graphs. Associates Degree in a related technical discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, technical training or work experience. 1+ years of related experience. Travel not expected but could be required. Ability to obtain a Secret Clearance is required. The likely hourly rate for this position is between $20.40 - $27.60. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range. Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40 Travel Required: Less than 10%
