We're looking for a full-time Drafting & Design Support Technician to join our collaborative and fast-paced team at Day & Zimmermann. In this role, you'll support engineering, proposal, and development efforts by producing technical drawings, creating 3D models, preparing process flows, and assembling bill of materials (BOMs). You'll also conduct technical data reviews, assist in cost estimating, and manage record drawings, engineering orders, and the electronic drawing database. This position requires a balance of technical precision and strong communication, as you'll collaborate closely with engineers, proposal teams, and manufacturing to ensure high-quality, on-time deliverables. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a strong drafting background to contribute meaningfully across multiple phases of projects in a hands-on environment.
