About The Position
The Engineering Technician (1st Shift) will serve as the Environmental Test Lab Floor Lead, overseeing climatic and vibration testing in the lab. This role involves coordinating test staffing, managing daily activities for environmental technicians, and ensuring the proper handling of high-value hardware. The technician will also be responsible for training lower-level technicians, maintaining equipment calibration, and supporting engineering and maintenance teams with complex tasks.
