Engineering Technical Support (1st Shift)

Summary: Provide on-site technical support to production during 2nd shift. Troubleshoot failed units, assist with assembly issues, and support root cause investigations. Nice To Haves
- Associate degree or equivalent experience in a technical field.
- 2+ years in manufacturing, technical support, or troubleshooting role.
- Ability to read drawings/schematics and use diagnostic tools.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable working independently on 2nd shift.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot mechanical/electrical issues on failed units.
- Support production teams with technical issues in real time.
- Document failures and coordinate rework activities.
- Maintain accurate records and update work instructions as needed.
- Communicate recurring issues to engineering for resolution.
