Requirements

  • HS Diploma or AA/AS degree(or other 2-year post high school training) with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
  • U.S. Person - Job requires access to ITAR or 600/500-series EAR information or hardware (directly or indirectly) and the company will not seek an export authorization for this role.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with operations team to identify problems in the process
  • Create standard work that reflects the requirements of the process
  • Train operators to ensure consistent operation across all shifts
  • Implement solutions by working with Manufacturing Engineers and Operations associates that makes the process; ,Safer, Higher quality, Repeatable, and More efficient
  • Maintain and drive continuous improvements to manufacturing standard work, ensuring alignment with internal customer requirements and systemic audit findings.
  • Foster improved communication between shop floor and engineering groups.
  • Identify and solve problems in the manufacturing process
  • Query Access Database to investigate manufacturing proces
  • Quality improvement by ownership of PFMEA projects
  • OEE improvement by identifying RCCA and implementation
  • Refer difficulties to Engineering Manager.
  • May be assigned to tasks not specifically listed within the scope and skill level of this job description in support of department objectives and to develop individual skills.
