About The Position

Construct and test cables and wiring harnesses from drawings. Use drawings, general and special test equipment to test cables, wiring harnesses, populated printed circuit boards, receivers, and transmitters. Use drawings, general and special tools and test equipment to assemble, test, and troubleshoot TM/FTS kits. Integrate TM/FTS kits into missiles prior to test missions. Integrate network enabled test equipment.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Three (3) years of applicable experience supporting engineering or testing of hardware in the appropriate area of specialization; or two (2) years of applicable college/vocational/military/technical school and one (1) year of applicable experience in the assigned specialty area; and the following additional requirements: Instrumentation - Must have sixteen (16) weeks of civilian or military training in electronics or basic instrumentation techniques and at least 1 of the 3 years of experience must be in electronics/instrumentation supporting engineering or testing of military hardware.
• U.S. Citizen.
• Must be able to obtain a DoD security clearance.
• ~20% travel required.
• Compliance with health mandates as dictated by the contract may be a condition of employment.
