About The Position

Join our resort operations team as a Engineering Technician and play a key role in keeping our property looking its best! You’ll help ensure all resort areas and unit amenities meet our high standards for quality, comfort, and safety. Requirements

  • High school diploma required.
  • Up to 1 year of experience in Engineering/Maintenance/Trades operations within a resort or commercial environment
  • Must be detail-oriented with effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to adapt to various tasks, perform effectively under pressure, and meet deadlines consistently
  • Must lift, move, push, or pull up to 50+ pounds
  • Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license

Responsibilities

  • Performing a variety of general maintenance tasks including basic repairs, painting, fixture upkeep, appliance installation/removal, and supporting unit renovations
  • Promptly completing daily work tickets and guest service requests with professionalism, courtesy, and efficiency
  • Carrying out scheduled routine maintenance to ensure all units and resort amenities remain in top condition
  • Collaborating with leadership to stay within budget guidelines when working on repairs or special projects
  • Working closely with Housekeeping and Resort Management to complete “maintenance weeks” and deep clean projects on schedule
  • Adhering to all company policies and safety procedures, including OSHA and local, state, and federal regulations
  • Keeping the MSDS/GHS safety binder accurate and up to date in partnership with Management
  • Providing support to other departments such as Housekeeping, Front Desk, and TSW (Timeshare Ware) as needed
  • Taking on additional tasks and projects as assigned to support overall resort operations
