About The Position

In this role, you will impact the success of engineering projects by providing essential technical support, facilitating communication among team members, and ensuring adherence to quality standards. You will report directly to our Test Engineering Supervisor, and you will work out of our Huntsville, AL location with overtime as needed to support our contracts. Requirements

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as the sciences, technology, engineering or mathematics.
  • 1+ years of experience in engineering support or related roles.
  • Strong understanding of engineering principles and practices.
  • Proficiency in using engineering tools and software relevant to the role, including brazing, welding, machining, fabrication and mechanical assembly.
  • Electrical background with both high and low voltage wiring, assembly and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development and execution of engineering projects.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for engineering processes.
  • Collaborate with team members to implement the best practices and improve processes.
  • Perform day-to-day tasks such as cleaning, organizing, and shipping/receiving materials.
