About The Position

Under supervision perform routine maintenance and repairs on all physical plant equipment. Able to operate boilers, pumps, HVAC equipment, knows how to repair a wide range of plumbing and electrical fixtures. Area of responsibility covers large equipment, machines, tools, appliances and apparatus, maintenance services as is deemed necessary and authorized by department supervisor.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum of 2 years applicable experience in an engineering/maintenance setting.
• Current Washington State Driver's license.
• Valid automobile insurance (minimum of liability coverage).

Nice To Haves

• Certification in Medical Gas from a KVH-approved certifying organization.
