We seek a talented Full Stack Team Leader to lead a team of skilled developers focused on building scalable, cloud-based solutions in a microservices architecture. As our team leader you’ll be hands-on with code while also shaping the technical vision, mentoring engineers, and working closely with product and design to deliver impactful features from concept to production.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of hands-on software development experience in Full Stack / Backend / Frontend roles
  • 2+ years in a leadership position, managing developers or tech initiatives
  • Proven experience with Node.js and Angular (or React/Vue with willingness to switch)
  • Solid understanding of JavaScript/TypeScript, asynchronous programming, and web security principles
  • Experience designing and building microservices-based architectures, with knowledge of API gateways, RESTful services, and message queues (e.g., Pub/Sub, Kafka)
  • Deep understanding of multi-tenant SaaS systems, data isolation, and permission management
  • Experience working with cloud platforms such as GCP, AWS, or Azure, including serverless and container-based services
  • Proficiency with CI/CD pipelines, GitHub Actions, and testing frameworks for automated quality assurance
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and mentor engineers

Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a team of Full Stack Engineers in a fast-paced R&D environment
  • Design and develop scalable, secure, and user-friendly web and mobile applications
  • Oversee the architecture and implementation of microservices, cloud functions, and API integrations
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to understand product needs and translate them into technical solutions
  • Guide architectural decisions involving event sourcing and multi-tenancy frameworks
