About The Position

Position Overview Vantage is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented engineering talent to join our team. This is a general posting for talent that attended the Engineering Career fair at SMU - Southern Methodist University. Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a 4-year university pursuing a degree.
• Rising Junior or Senior status
• Minimum GPA requirement – 3.5
• Previous Internship experience preferred but not required
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, and interpret qualitative and quantitative information effectively.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner.
• Excellent teamwork ability and can-do approach; a healthy disregard for the impossible!
• Self-motivated and proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and data analysis tools.
