Requirements
- A Start-up Mentality: You are pragmatic and focused on delivering value to customers through iteration rather than getting bogged down by process
- AI Proficiency: You leverage AI development tools like Github Copilot and Gemini in a deliberate and effective way, while also understanding their limitations and maintaining accountability for your work
- CI/CD: You have knowledge of continuous integration, deployment, and delivery practices
- Cloud Proficiency: You are familiar with cloud infrastructure, particularly AWS, and have experience running containerized applications
- Leadership & Ownership: You have a passion for learning and continual improvement, and are comfortable giving and receiving constructive feedback to make your work even better
- Quality & Testing: You are committed to code quality and have experience with unit testing, integration testing, and test-driven development
- System Design: You have demonstrable experience designing, building, and maintaining reliable, scalable, and highly available systems
- Technical Foundation: You possess a strong understanding of web security principles, RESTful APIs, and microservices architecture
