About The Position

The position involves System Integration and Test (I&T) assignments, where the primary responsibility is to verify that integrated hardware (HW) can achieve the overall physical, functional, and performance objectives. The role requires ensuring that the HW complies with associated requirement documentation and interfacing with customers and program key stakeholders to validate the HW before it is sent to the field. The candidate will coordinate with personnel from different functional areas to gather the necessary resources for successful testing completion. Responsibilities also include production line subsystem and full missile integration and test planning, conducting reviews (VMR, VPR, TRRs, etc.), test and qualification planning activities, subsystem design verification testing, and lab testing.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college in a STEM-related field with 5 years of professional experience or 3 years of professional experience with a related Master's degree.
• 2-4 years of Electrical Troubleshooting experience.
• 2-4 years of Testing experience.
• 1-2 years of Validation experience.
• 2-4 years of Electrical Testing experience.
• 1-2 years of User Acceptance Testing experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work virtually with distributed teams.
• Capability to work across multiple Integrated Product Teams (IPTs).

Nice To Haves

• 1-2 years of experience writing proposals and reports.
