About The Position

The Engineer Support will work successfully within a team to meet project requirements by using defined resources. Responsibilities include gathering and organizing data for review with appropriate engineers, performing research and engineering laboratory functions involving the layout, building, testing, troubleshooting, and repairing of devices, assemblies, subsystems, and systems. The role also involves providing technical expertise to customers and users at domestic field sites, developing, implementing, installing, testing, modifying, and operating complex equipment and systems, and participating in engineering teams supporting experiment design and related issues. Additionally, the Engineer Support will develop test plans and preventative maintenance programs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Technology degree in Engineering or a related specialized area/field, or equivalent (4 years job-related experience).
• An additional 2+ years of job-related experience, or a Master's degree.
• Department of Defense Secret security clearance is required at time of hire.
• U.S. citizenship is required.
