  • Enter critical data with precision across multiple software platforms, ensuring accuracy that drives team decisions.
  • Proactively coordinate and schedule meetings to keep engineering projects on track.
  • Support procurement and purchase order activities, enabling smooth operations for the Engineering team.
  • Maintain and verify database records, guaranteeing reliable and up-to-date information.
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency and workflow.
  • Organize, document, and manage essential files and records for easy access and compliance.
  • Collaborate independently and as part of a team to meet deadlines and achieve project goals.
  • Partner with employees to gather, validate, and input vital information into systems.
  • High school diploma or GED, with 1–3 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively.
  • Comfortable multi-tasking in a fast-paced, changing environment.
  • Accurate and efficient data entry skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer-based tools; quick to learn new software or engineering programs.
  • Keen attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Capable of managing procurement tasks with suppliers, including requests and tracking responses.
  • Experience in administrative or support roles within engineering or practical, hands-on environments.
