Requirements
Minimum of fifteen (15) years’ experience supporting USCG C4ISR systems for ACAT 1 programs that includes: Command and Control systems based on COE; vessel integrated sensor systems (e.g. radar, AIS, direction finders, electro-optical/infra-red, Identification Friend or Foe (IFF), Electronic Surveillance Measures (ESM), HF, VHF, UHF, MILSATCOM, COMSATCOM, and network communications, communications integration systems, Electro-Magnetic Interference analysis and mitigation techniques, Ship-board Intelligence systems, Ship System Exploitation Space (SSES) or Secure Compartmented Information Facility (SCIF) systems.
Minimum of ten (10) years’ experience in the acquisitions, design and integration of USCG shipboard intelligence systems and other C4ISR systems, including one-year (1) experience with the new Polar Ice Breaker program.
Minimum of ten (10) years’ experience with DHS/ USCG policies and procedures, which include Major System Acquisition Manual (MSAM), Systems Engineering Life Cycle (SELC), Engineering Change (EC), and Time Compliance Technical Orders (TCTO).
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from an accredited university.
Must be able to effectively communicate with customer and fulfill all duties and responsibilities as listed in the contract.
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office suite including, but not limited to: Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
Top Secret Clearance, eligible for SCI
