As a participant, you'll Be the Linc between your education and a future in advanced manufacturing, innovation, and engineering leadership. This hands-on internship offers a unique opportunity to work on real-world projects that challenge your mechanical engineering skills while providing valuable industry experience. Participants will be immersed in a wide variety of applications and product design work, gaining exposure to core engineering concepts in manufacturing. The program emphasizes learning through doing, with meaningful projects that contribute directly to the company's innovation and efficiency.

  • Collaborate with R&D Engineers to support new product development.
  • Review product design for better processes in a world-class manufacturing environment.
  • Develop manufacturing processes to create new products.
  • Analyze and improve the quality and production of global products.
  • Collaborate with a team of engineers on capital projects & production support.
  • Work with R&D to improve design of products for manufacturing.
  • Select, specify, and implement equipment for improving products.
  • Pursuing or having achieved a bachelor's degree in engineering.
  • Eligible to work in the U.S. on a full-time, permanent basis without sponsorship.
  • A degree in mechanical engineering.
  • Minimum GPA of 3.0.
  • Desire to work in a manufacturing environment.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
