You'll get to lead projects, show off your skills, and shape our Utilities support services within our Transportation group. This role offers a variety of civil engineering and utility coordination experiences and the chance to make a real difference in our communities. Responsibilities

  • Serve as the utility coordinator for design and construction transportation projects
  • Act as the primary technical resource for utility placement on roadway facilities
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure compliance with engineering standards and regulations
  • Review and analyze engineering plans and specifications related to utility placement
  • Provide guidance and support to project teams regarding utility coordination issues

Requirements

  • A Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related degree
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in design, construction, or maintenance of transportation projects
  • Experience with utility coordination in transportation projects
  • Knowledge of state and federal transportation regulations
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A valid driver's license and reliable transportation to worksites, meetings with clients, and attend conferences
  • To be legally authorized to work permanently in the country where this position is located
  • To occasionally travel out-of-town and overnight for professional development and/or project-related work
