  • Assemble and test precision automation systems
  • Provide electro-mechanical troubleshooting support
  • Manage projects and write purchase requests
  • Assist in creating documentation
  • Support the development of manufacturing processes
  • Conduct experiments and optimize products, instruments, and equipment
  • Support equipment conversions and assembly/testing of new designs
  • Strong electrical and mechanical aptitude
  • Experience with assembling and testing precision mechanical systems
  • Ability to troubleshoot mechanical and basic electrical issues
  • Experience in creating, optimizing, and documenting assembly procedures
  • Ability to operate electronic test equipment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Considerable judgment and motivation to complete actions
  • Ability to work with small parts under a microscope
  • Comfortable operating automation equipment
  • Experience in providing design feedback to engineering
