About The Position
The role of the Operator is to coach peers using the VPO tools and processes to ensure his team deliver results whilst maintaining excellent housekeeping standards. The job requires the consistent execution of routine tasks (daily / weekly / monthly). The role holder must be capable of effectively operating the plant and equipment within the Utilities work areas and perform maintenance activities to their competency level when necessary to meet production demands whilst maintaining the highest safety standards and product quality.
