About The Position

Duties and Responsibilities
Provides engineering guidance to technicians and operators for
troubleshooting and maintenance activities.
Creates construction cost projections and evaluates the technical effort
requirements for projects.
Contributes to implementing maintenance strategies to minimize equipment
failures and downtime.
Identifies potential hazards and develops mitigation strategies.
Ensures cost-effective procurement of engineering materials and services.
Contributes to creating engineering procedures to enhance efficiency and
consistency.
Identifies opportunities to enhance operational efficiency and reliability.
Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
Required Qualifications

Education
Typically requires a 4 year degree in a relevant field, or equivalent
combination of relevant education and experience.

Experience
Typically requires 8 years of related experience.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Engineering Design - A series of steps that engineers follow to find a
solution to a problem.
Troubleshooting
Data Analysis - Measuring and managing organization data, identifying
methodological best practices and conducting statistical analyses.
Equipment Maintenance & Repair
Engineering Blueprint/Schematics Interpretation
Root Cause Analysis - The process of discovering the root causes of problems
in order to identify appropriate solutions.
Regulatory Compliance - Ensuring an organization's adherence to laws,
regulations, guidelines and specifications relevant to its business
processes.
Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) Management - The systematic approach to
maintain health and safety at occupation and protect the environment.
Project/Program Management - The process of leading the work of a team to
achieve goals and meet success criteria at a specified time.
Asset Management - A systematic process of developing, operating,
