About The Position

The position involves leading project management and tool development for the Aftermarket sales teams, focusing on driving growth and capturing realized revenue from growth initiatives. The role requires a deep understanding of Industrial and Automotive Engine related products, their applications, and the relationships between them to create tools that generate data-based strategy and tactic product recommendations for the sales team and customers globally. The candidate will analyze business and customer behavior to trigger specific campaigns aimed at preventing customer churn and winning back lost business in specific product families globally. Additionally, the role includes collecting Voice of the Customer (VOC) from sales team members or external customers to ensure that the sales and product development teams understand areas of improvement identified by customers. The position also involves database management and deployment, analysis of relevant data, and delivering this information to the sales teams as part of Data Analytics and Deployment to drive continuous improvement.
